Fees & Timescales

* Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday. Excludes Bulky/Oversized orders. Not available on weekends or holidays.

*Bulky Items may induce additional surcharges.

Delivery Information

Destinations

We deliver to any address in the Republic of Ireland. Please allow an average 3 – 5 working days for delivery. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Notes

There is no delivery on weekends or Bank holidays. We reserve the right to refund/cancel any orders that contradict our Delivery Policy, particularly any Local Deliveries that exceed 30km and can not be reliably delivered. 

Any bulky items ordered for "Local Delivery" outside of our 30km radius may be subject to additional fees. Any orders beyond 30km must adhere to our delivery policy radius. 

Please note: 

• The text on the product screen displaying the lead time of that item in business days.
• This particularly applies to Bathroom & Workwear sections, as a majority of products are bought to order and come directly from our supplier. 

Collections Available: Monday to Saturday Only

Collections are unavailable on Sundays or Bank Holidays

Don’t want to wait for delivery? Place your order online and collect it in store at Stephenstown Industrial Estate, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin completely FREE of charge!

When ordering, select the Click & Collect option and a member of staff will notify you via email or phone as soon as the product is prepared. Collections are not available on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Click & Collect orders are held for up to 14 days after the order is placed and customer is contacted. During this time, we will attempt to contact the customer in regard to their online order. If there is no response after 14 days, we will cancel the order and process a refund. 

Same Day Collection Policy*

EEC Hardware does not offer Same Day Collections across all product ranges, as this is subject to stock availability. All collections are processed upon receipt and the customer will be contacted within 1 - 2  business day of the order being placed. 

If you spend above €99, we offer FREE shipping nationwide, with exceptions to Bulky Items and Items for Local Delivery Only. 

We offer low shipment costs for 'BULKY' items shipped locally and nationwide, and only applies to LISTED BULKY items. We charge €16.99 delivery fee on these items. Delivery outside of Dublin is available at an additional cost, but this is dependent on the item. If you have any enquiries about deliveries, please contact info@eechardware.ie

Exclusions for Bulky Items; 

Any products displaying the message "Collection & Local Delivery Only" or 'Within Dublin Delivery Only'' are only available for Local Delivery or Collection. Due to limitations or errors, standard delivery may still appear as an option. We reserve the right to refuse or refund any orders placed through Standard Delivery displaying this message as the products violate our sizing or weight restrictions.
